Aquaxyl™ is the combination of two humectant molecules, glucose and xylitol, and is able to retain water. This active ingredient has complementary actions to ensure optimum immediate and long-lasting hydration. To make the skin more resistant to external aggressions, it strengthens the skin barrier by stimulating the synthesis of ceramides, which also limits water loss.
Low chain Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid is available in different weights, the larger the molecular structure of the chain the higher the weight; the smaller the molecular structure, the lower the weight and the deeper it can penetrate into the skin. For optimal results, the skin needs both. This form of hyaluronic acid, of very low molecular weight (between 100,000 and 130,000 DA), is known for its anti-ageing properties. It reduces the first signs of ageing of eye contour and helps to make the structure of the skin smoother. It also retains the moisturizing properties of standard hyaluronic acid by stimulating the production of endogenous hyaluronic acid and collagen.
Very Low Chain hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, of very low weight (between 20,000 and 50,000 DA) is known
for its rejuvination properties, as it maintains the natural moisture of the skin and its firmness by stimulating collagen production. The skin is gradually toned and regains suppleness and firmness.
